Why February 4th Matters

Honor Jerky was founded on February 4th — my mom’s birthday.

She is living with Alzheimer’s.

When someone you love begins to lose their memories, you learn quickly what truly matters: presence, gratitude, and action.

That’s why the first organization we support is the Alzheimer’s Association.

Because courage isn’t always loud.
